• Check/top up brake, PAS and clutch fluid levels and screen washer reservoirs

• Renew engine oil filter
• Check and top up gearbox oil
• Lubricate propeller shaft universal/sliding joints
• Check visually, brake servo hose, brake, fuel, clutch pipes and unions
• Check for fluid leaks from power steering and suspension systems hydraulic pipes and unions for chafing and corrosion
• Check for fluid leaks from engine, gearbox, transfer box and axles
• Carry out road or roller test

• Check headlamp and auxiliary lamp operation
• Remove road wheels
• Check tyre pressures
• Check and record tread depth

• Renew fuel filter element
• Drain fuel sedimentor
• Refit road wheels to original hub position (use anti-seize compound on spigot bore)
• Visually check intercooler/radiator for external obstructions and fan blades for damage
• Check ambient air pressure sensor for damage
• Check operation and lubricate door locks, hinges, door checks and bonnet catch

Main Service (Under Bonnet)

• Renew brake fluid

• Renew air cleaner element and clean dump valve
• Check condition of ancillary driving belt

• Renew engine oil filter
• Renew manual gearbox oil
• Check and top up gearbox oil
• Renew transfer box oil
• Renew front and rear axle oil

• Check for fluid leaks from power steering and suspension systems hydraulic pipes and unions for chafing and corrosion

• Check/tighten steering box, front and rear axle suspension fixings
• Check steering rod ball joint fixings and condition of ball joints and dust covers
