• Renew vent filter from turbocharger boost control solenoid valve (TD4 Diesel)
• Renew air cleaner element and clean drain holes
• Renew crankcase breather filter (TD4 Diesel)
• Check condition of Poly V ancillary driving belt
• Check and top up windscreen and rear washer reservoir
• Check battery condition and clean/grease battery terminals
• Check/top up battery electrolyte level (low maintenance battery fitted)
• Check/top up brake and PAS levels

Main Service (Under Vehicle)

• Renew engine oil and filter
• Check/top up intermediate reduction drive, gearbox and rear axle oil
• Renew automatic gearbox oil
• Check visually clutch pipe/unions for chafing, leaks and corrosion
• Check brake and fuel hoses, pipes and unions
• Check exhaust system for leaks, security and condition
• Check suspension and steering for signs of leaking or wear
• Check PAS system for signs of leaking and condition
• Check condition of halfshafts, joints and boots and security of driveshaft fixings
• Check road wheel speed sensor electrical harness for damage (ABS only)
• If fault lamp(s) are illuminated, interrogate that system using Autologic and report findings
• Carry out road test
• Endorse service record
• Report any unusual features of vehicle

• Replace airbag module(s) after 15 years regardless of mileage
• Replace seatbelt pre-tensioners after 15 years regardless of mileage
