Bomb Proof Defender Door Hinge Guards

The theft of Defender doors is becoming more common as the cost of new has risen and good second hand have become hard to find. The bomb proof hinge guards are a good solution to this problem as they stop the doors being removed by simply undoing the bolts that secure the door hinge to the bulkhead and B pillar. Included in the kit are bright stickers for the door windows to alert thieves that your doors are not easy to steel, you value your Defender and you may have more devices fitted to it.

LeisureSafe is designed for vehicles which are only used 2 or 3 times a week. LeisureSafe is fully automatic with no requirement to remember to turn it on or off. A bespoke zone is created where your Land Rover is normally stored so if it moves out of this zone during the protected hours an alert is sent to your mobile phone, your land line and a text and email are also sent to you. NightSafe is designed for everyday use Land Rovers where you need protection during vulnerable hours and is similar to LeisureSafe.

Live Tracking – *£12.99 per month. Live Tracking has all the above features with the addition of user designed zones, speed alerts and the ability to log in from any internet enabled device and see the vehicle updates every 5 minutes, with the ignition wired installation or, every 20 minutes with the standard fitting. SECURITY BONNET HINGES

AWe stock two makes of security bonnet hinges; Optimill and DDE. They are both made to a very high standard from billet aluminium and stop the bonnet of your Defender being removed easily without the use of tools. They also offer up a visible deterrent to show that you value your Defender and may have other devices in place. We also recommend you fit the bonnet release cable guards.

BONNET RELEASE CABLE

These guards are designed to make access to the bonnet cable harder, as thefts of Defender bonnets and engine components are on the rise. We recommend fitting security bonnet hinges as well.

LOCKING WHEEL NUTS

Locking wheel nuts are a must for any Defender, especially when fitted with expensive alloy wheels, as they offer a good deterrent against theft. The ones we keep do not look out of place and are made to a high standard. They come in sets of five nuts, one key and a handy bag for the key.
