For nearly half a century, Keith Gotts has been a trusted name in Land Rover and Range Rover servicing, repairs, and parts.
Founded in 1976, in Alton Hampshire, we’ve grown from humble beginnings into one of the UK’s largest independent Land Rover specialists, now expanding into the future as an official INEOS Grenadier Service Partner.
We’re not a corporate main dealer. We’re a family-minded, independent workshop where every technician is a vital part of the team and every vehicle gets the same attention to detail, whether it’s a treasured classic or a brand-new 4×4.
We’re looking for passionate, skilled technicians ready to take on everything from classic Land Rover icons to the cutting-edge and modern INEOS Grenadier and latest models of Defenders and Range Rovers. WORK WE'VE TAKEN ON.
We don’t just service and maintain 4x4's. We also carry out full, ground-up rebuilds when the right project, the right timing, and the right customer all align.
One of our most recent projects saw a Defender 110 completely stripped back to the chassis and rebuilt into a purpose-built working vehicle for a professional landscaping business. From initial design concepts through to final assembly, the entire process demanded precision, patience, and pride in every detail. This is the kind of work that defines who we are.
This variety is exactly what makes working here different. One day you may be fault-finding on a brand-new Range Rover with advanced diagnostics. The next, you could be aligning a bulkhead on a classic Defender or completing an oil change on a Series II.
An Important Note on Rebuild Projects:
- Full rebuilds and restorations are not our day-to-day workload. (Subject to availability.)
- Carefully scheduled around our core servicing and repair commitments.
- Selected based on complexity, timeframe, and customer requirements
This means:
- You won’t be stuck only rebuilding vehicles.
- And you won’t be stuck only doing routine servicing.
- You’ll gain balanced experience across modern diagnostics, mechanical repair and older vehicles. Something rare among today's trade.

YOUR MARK?
We’re looking for skilled, passionate technicians who want more variety, more responsibility, and more pride in their work.
We are looking for technicians ideally qualified to level 3 City and Guilds standard, and comfortable with all automotive repairs, including servicing, tyres, engine and suspension repairs. Knowledge of using diagnostic equipment is imperative.
Any experience in working with Land Rover or Range Rover vehicles would be very beneficial for the role, however is not a dealbreaker.
