REFLECTING ON OUR PARTNERSHIP.

In August, we were officially appointed by INEOS Automotive as a recognised Grenadier partner. This marks a new chapter in our decades-long journey of engineering excellence, Land Rover expertise, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Now, several months on, we've had time to reflect on what this partnership has accomplished so far and what it means to us, our customers and the future.


When INEOS launched the Grenadier, their mission was clear. Create a vehicle built on utility, durability, and purpose. These values have defined Keith Gotts for nearly five decades.


That shared philosophy made this partnership feel completely natural. Our long history of working with Land Rovers and Range Rovers meant we understood not just the vehicles, but the drivers behind them.


We were chosen because of that commitment, with a dedication to craftsmanship, technical knowledge, and an unwavering focus on quality over quantity. It’s the same ethos that built the Keith Gotts reputation since 1976.


WHAT IT MEANS TO

Becoming an approved INEOS Grenadier partner means our customers now have access to exceptional support, diagnostics, and genuine parts all delivered by technicians who live and breathe 4x4 engineering.


Every Grenadier that enters our workshop benefits from the same attention to detail that has defined our work with Land Rovers for decades. Our investment in new diagnostic equipment and continuous training ensures we’re ready for the future of 4x4 servicing. Whether it’s a Defender, Discovery, or the latest Grenadier.

WHERE WE ARE.

Since July, interest has grown rapidly. We’ve welcomed new customers, partnerships, spoken with enthusiastic new owners, and seen first-hand how well this vehicle embodies the spirit of purposeful adventure.


The response from the community has been fantastic, and we're genuinely grateful for how warmly we've been received on social media and in person.  It’s clear that INEOS has struck a chord with drivers who value engineering integrity above all else.


However, like any new chapter, this one has brought both excitement and learning.  The level of interest and volume of work have been incredible, and while that’s a wonderful challenge to have, it has also meant that at times, booking lead times have been longer than we’d like. We completely understand how important your vehicles are to you, and we’re doing everything we can to make improvements every day. We’ve already begun expanding our team by recruiting new technicians, to ensure we can meet demand while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. These are all steps in an ongoing process of growth.


Every week, we’re refining, learning, and finding better ways to balance demand with the personal service and craftsmanship that have defined who we are. In short, we will continue to improve because you deserve the best service possible.






OUR NEXT STEPS.

We’re already putting meaningful changes in place to improve how we operate. Not just for us, but for our customers. We’re continuously recruiting and have already hired additional technicians to undergo full Grenadier training with support from INEOS. This ensures that every technician working on your vehicle has the expertise, tools, and confidence to deliver manufacturer-level care.


Behind the scenes, we’re also preparing to migrate to a new workshop management system in TechMan. This upgrade will transform how we operate day to day, improving efficiency, communication, and workflow across the business. It will also give you a smoother experience.  This includes the ability to book services, MOTs, and repairs online, along with more accurate updates throughout the process. These investments are more than convenience, they’re about building the infrastructure to support the future.


As our relationship with INEOS grows, so will our ability to deliver a truly seamless experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

LOOKING AHEAD.

Our relationship with INEOS continues to evolve, and we remain optimistic about what lies ahead. As we support more Grenadier owners across the region, our goal is to continue delivering honest, reliable, and high-quality care that our customers can depend on.


For us, it’s about more than servicing a new generation of vehicles, it’s about carrying forward a legacy of trust, precision, and passion for true off-road capability. The future continues to look bright and we are committed to always improve our services for you and because of you.
